FAQ

Q: How many coloured millions can I have?
A: You can have 2 different colours, please specify in “note to seller” when ordering
Q: How quickly will my order come out to me?
A: We can send order within 48 hours or you can specify a day.
Orders placed after 10am on Thursday selecting Next Day Delivery will be dispatched on Friday but not delivered until Monday. Orders received when there is a Bank Holiday Monday will not be sent by us till the Tuesday, so you would receive the Wednesday. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
Please be aware that although we offer a next day delivery service, we can not guarantee it, as our courier will not guarantee it to us and although 99.9% of deliveries are delivered next day, we can not be held responsible should any delay occur due to a third party transport company, and as a result are unable to refund any delivery/return to sender cost’s in such circ*mstances.
In view of the above, we would strongly advise that you leave plenty of time when ordering your party supplies for a child’s party, as we want to make sure that your goods are delivered on time to avoid any disappointment.
Next day delivery does not apply to Weekends and Bank Holidays, but the next available working day. If you require a delivery on the weekend, you must choose Saturday Delivery Option as mentioned above.
Q: What day of the week does my order come.
We send courier items Monday to Thursday only, the reason being if you miss an order you can get it next day, if you want a delivery on a Friday and miss it, it will come again on the Monday, and you may miss the party if it is on a Saturday.
Q: How long do the cones keep fresh?
A: Sweets have a very long sell by date, as long as you keep within the packaging we send it in, you can keep for up to 2018.
Q: Can I change any of the sweets inside?
A: Our cones are a standard cone, which keeps it very simple, that way we can send them out far quicker than any other company as we have the girls in the shop making them daily. For anything specific you can order over phone 01322 837737.

Q: What happens if I miss my Courier?
A: The courier will arrive between the hours of 8am – 6pm – he will leave a card with collection / delivery instructions. (Always best to give yourself a few days notice)
Q: Can I have any message or picture on the personalised sticker ?
A: Yes you may.

Q: What size are the cones?
A: 18cm x 37cm
