How do you memorize new spells in Elden Ring? ›

Once you have located or bought a spell, you can equip them by resting at a Site of Grace in the Lands Between and selecting the Memorize Spell option. In this menu, you can select any of the spells you have gained to take up an open memorization slot.

When the boss has been killed, players will be able to talk to a nearby NPC, who will introduce them to new magical abilities. From that point on, players will need to scour The Lands Between to find Arcane Books. These books will grant players new spells to use in combat.
