Yakuza: Like a Dragon's Yokohama Map Is Bloody Huge (2024)

I'd say it's a decent sized map, not huge, and Kamurocho was tiny!

Quietly sneaks in amongst the big hitters.

That's actually one of the few big concerns. I love Yakuza because of its tiny maps. They make the worlds feel so densely packed and you become super familiar with them. I hope Yokohama isn't too big to where it has a lot of empty space.

@Arugula Judge Eyes is one of my favourite games of all time. All thanks to the vibe and story. I just loved being in the world. Couldn't get on board with Yakuza, but now that it's a different game, both in terms of characters and gameplay, I'll definitely buy it.

From the looks of the map, it seems some aspects of yokohama will be quite true to life (Chinatown and "hamakita" park) but much of it will be fabricated.

Looking at the map, if the blue spots are stores etc - There's no more Don Quixote where it normally is

Does not look bigger, just less dense. It's like a zoomed-in version of Kamurocho.
