A storm dragon is the only weather themed dragon but it is extremely hard to obtain. It happens completely by chance and lightning must strike a water dragon making it extremely rare.
Breath[]
The Storm Dragon has a Hydro 'breath' attack that does medium damage and gives slowness
Special Features[]
During thunderstorms Storm Dragons will attract lightning down on to hostile entities. The accent white also glows in the dark on both genders, acting as a sort of beacon.
