How do I add a Long Distance Add-on to my wireless account?
- Sign in to rogers.com.
- Select the wireless number that you want to add a long-distance add-on to.
- Select Browse Add-ons.
- Under Available add-ons, choose the Long Distance add-on you want and select View.
You'll incur long distance charges based on these two factors: Your local calling area, which is the area or geographic boundary1 associated with your wireless number. Your plan will define this for you as Local or Canada Wide minutes. Your physical location at the time you receive the call.

If you dial a number that's outside your outgoing local calling area, then it is a long-distance call. Your outgoing local calling area is determined by your physical location—the area you are in at any given moment. Your wireless number is irrelevant!
