Is the Lindt chocolate museum worth visiting? ›

There is so much information on Cocoa and the process of Chocolate making plus Tasting. A highlight is also to taste Chocolate from the Chocolate fountain! Highly recommend the Guided Public tour. We spent about 2 Hours at the museum and a visit to the Chocolate shop is a must.

The chocolate museum is open every day 10:00 to 18:00. Plan for about 1 – 1.5 hour for the tour.

Note: A ticket is required to visit the museum (whether with or without an audio guide). Please refrain from spontaneous visits on sold-out days! The chocolate fountain, the Lindt shop and the café can still be visited without a ticket. Visitors can visit the exhibition between 10 a.m. until 7 p.m..

The best way to get from Zürich Hb to Kilchberg ZH, Lindt & Sprüngli is to train which takes 22 min and costs SFr 10 - SFr 18. Alternatively, you can line 165 bus, which costs SFr 2 - SFr 4 and takes 30 min.

The shell. Essentially, LINDOR is a chocolate truffle. It is made by pouring the finest tempered Lindt chocolate into a mould, before spinning on its axis to coat the inside. As it cools and sets, a delicate chocolate shell is created, ready to hold the smooth, melting filling.

Very near Antwerp central station. Absolutely amazingly organized museum tour with great storytelling and chocolate tasting. Last there was great chocolate store where you find tons of good things to buy for yourself or as a gift. Definitely worth the visit!
