This island can be found in the Second Sea, at 2780m away from the Snow Mountain. To go you must to be in the Snow Mountain and go to Hot and Cold, continue till being around 2000m from it and going a bit on the right.
In Castle on the Sea, you can talk to Erin to watch the battle cutscene which is located at Indra Island again.
To normally access this island, you have to talk to King Red Head in the Colosseum and he will teleport you to this island.
Although you normally can't defeat this NPC; if you come back to this island after reaching the Third Sea, you will be able to actually fight rip_indra, although it is difficult to defeat him since he constantly heals his HP. It is recommended to get a group of people (4 minimum) and get everyone to equip the Buddha fruit, in order to deal constant damage and avoid his healing.
If you manage to defeat rip_indra in this island, you will earn 1 and 1 Exp. as a reward, which also makes him the boss with the smallest reward in all of Blox Fruits.
