This sword can be obtained by defeating the Soul Reaper, in the Haunted Castle (Third Sea). To spawn the Soul Reaper, get the Hallow Essence from Death King with Bones.

Upgrading[]

Talk to the Blacksmith in order to upgrade this weapon.

Pros
Decently fast M1's (Left click) attacks, which makes it a pretty good choice for grinding with Buddha. Low cooldown. All moves are multi targets. Very little casting time (No startup). Z and X moves can combo each other. Good for running away from bounty hunters, since you can just knock them away. Can be used as a CDK alternative due to the similar moveset.
[Z] Death Cyclone Very large hitbox. If it is already far away, the area it has traveled is still the hitbox, making targets hit get stunned and dragged away without Instinct enabled.
[X] Soul Execution Good mobility. Breaks Instinct. Deals higher damage depending on how low is the target's health.

Cons
M1 has been slightly nerfed. Cannot hit Chop users. Hard to obtain, due to the drop chances being low and Hallow Essence has a low chance to obtain, it is considered as a legendary item from random surprises. High mastery requirements. Lowest M1 damage compared to other mythical swords, it's recommended to use another mythical sword if you use Buddha unless you don't have any other mythical swords than this.
[Z] Death Cyclone Hard to grind with. High knockback (if the player uses Buddha, they can shoot the tornado down and spam left clicks).
[X] Soul Execution Hard to land. Short range. Slow move. Small hitbox.

Trivia
This is the first sword to have an unique mechanic. The less health the opponent has, the more damage the player will do with this weapon (similar to Human V3, activation skill, but based on the opponent's health). This is the only scythe in the game. This almost has the same skill style as Cursed Dual Katana. The engravings on the blade of the scythe mean "Death".
