I Have A Thing With… Easy NutriBullet Oreo Truffles!
Hey guys! Hope you’re well! Today I wanted to share with you a really tasty yet simple Oreo truffle recipe. There are two versions and I’ll list them both!
Recipe 1
1 Pack Double Stuffed Oreos
Half block Cream Cheese
100g white chocolate
100g milk chocolate
Firstly, separate the cookie from the cream. Put the cookies into the nutribullet (or general blender) and blast them until they’re very fine. Then add the cream cheese and blitz again until it’s combined. Then place the mixture in the fridge!
Secondly, mix the stuffing with white chocolate and microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring inbetween until melted and combined.
Next, take the truffle mixture out of the fridge. Line a baking tray and begin rolling your mixture into balls. I managed 8 medium sized truffles! Dip each ball into the melted stuffing and chocolate mixture, making sure the whole thing is covered. Place on the baking tray! When all truffles are covered, place them back in the fridge for 10-15 mins.
Lastly, melt some milk chocolate. Take the balls out of the fridge after 10/15 mins and re-dip them. Place them back in the fridge for a further 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely solid. Eat!
The second recipe is where things get really difficult… I hope you’re prepared.
Recipe 2:
1 pack Oreos
Half block cream cheese
Cocoa powder
Blitz the oreos and cream cheese in your blender and place in the fridge, then pour cocoa powder onto a plate even spread out. Take the mixture out the fridge after about 20 minutes. Roll each ball in the cocoa powder, ensuring they’re evenly covered. Et Voila!! Easy peasy Oreo truffles! Let me know if you make these and be sure to tell me how they turned out!
