What are the delivery and shipping charges associated with orders through RubbermaidCommercialProducts.com?

There are no shipping and handling costs on any of our products unless it is previously discussed, you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada and if your order is under $50, then you will be charged a $15 shipping and handling fee. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, you will be notified by e-mail of the additional costs involved before your order is placed with the mill. Once you have been notified of the additional costs and approve them, we will then place your order! In the event you receive a custom or volume quote the shipping charges are then listed on your quote in a seprate charge and the free delivery does not apply to a custom quote.

How long do I have to return any products I am unhappy with?

Returns must be made within 15 days after delivery. If for any reason it is longer than 15 days, returns will not be accepted.

Are there any restocking fees associated with returns?

There are no restocking fees on orders under $600.00 in value. Any orders over $600.00 are charged a 25% restocking fee. NO exceptions. Any damaged or defective goods will be replaced as soon as possible. Any custom, special and clearance orders are not returnable.

What is your money back policy?

Any credits issued will be made by the same method of original payment. All credits are also issued after authorization by management within 30 days of that authorization date. Unless otherwise posted, all notices will be in the form of email.

Can I speak with someone in customer service regarding my order/return?

Yes! Customer Service hours are from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday, Eastern Standard time. Emails will also be answered during those times.

Are the products on RubbermaidCommercialProducts.com reliable and of good quality?

DB Industrial Supply sells only the top quality products, we have done our homework so you don't have to!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders usually arrive within two weeks if for any reason it will be longer you will be notified by e-mail or telephone. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact our customer service department to check stock and availability.

Do you accept purchase orders?

We do accept purchase orders with proper credit reference and approval of purchase order. All terms are net 15 days from delivery of product. There is also a $600 minimum for all purchase orders. What if my products from your website are damaged when they arrive?

Damages / Defects- All damages must be reported back to uswithin 2days of delivery. It is solely up to the customer to make sure there order is checked out at time of delivery when the product is delivered. If for any reason the products are not checked at time of delivery it is considered delivered in perfect condition. Any damages reported after the delivery would be considered damaged on site and would be the responsibility of the customer. All damaged / defective products will be replaced as soon as possible.

Are there any special promotions or discounts for first-time buyers through Rubbermaid Commercial Products?

Fist Time Buyers Discount - The first time buyers discount only applies to new customers and only applies to listed web prices. The First Time Buyers discount does not apply to custom quotes or volume quotes.

Do Rubbermaid products contain BPA?

This is a common question relating to many Rubbermaid products. At Rubbermaid Commercial Products, we do not sell any of the products that contain BPA. Most concerns surrounding this issue are associated with Rubbermaid's small food containers.

Can Rubbermaid products/containers be recycled?

Depending on their use, Rubbermaid products can almost always be recycled. Be sure to read the labels on all of your Rubbermaid products before throwing them away, as many of the materials used to make these products can be re-used in other applications and should be recycled.

Are Rubbermaid products made in the USA?

About 80% of Rubbermaid products are manufactured in the USA. All are manufactured in compliance with the clean air and water regulations, making them more environmentally-friendly, as well.
