PARANTHAS WITH BUTTER: Paranthas are the king of breakfast in India. In many households, the day starts with different kinds of stuffed paranthas had with butter, curd, or the likes. But when it comes to health, it may not be the best option. Your breakfast should be a good mix of proteins, carbs, fibre and healthy fats. A parantha can be super rich in fats, fried and be majorly carbs. However, if you want to make a parantha healthy, stick to multigrain flour, do not fry your parantha and diss away processed butter. NOTHING: Well, this is the biggest sin of all. Skipping breakfast altogether can dull your day, wreak a havoc on your concentration level and slow down your metabolism. During sleep, your body has had its long break where it gets a rest from digestion. If you delay your breakfast, you may end up overeating in the later meals of the day. This leads the food to be stored as fat in your body and not get used to provide energy. For those who do it for weight loss purposes should know that this results into a thing entirely opposite to what they intend it to result into.
