  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

  • Add milk and 2 teaspoon oil, mix until smooth.

  • In a medium saucepan, heat the oil to about 375°F.
