Is Paperless Post free? We offer hundreds of free Paperless Post invitations and greeting cards. You can find free Cards and Flyers by using the 'free' filter available under all categories when browsing. You may need to remove all Premium options before sending.

Guests will receive a text invitation in a regular SMS Text! Once the host sends their invitation out to their desired contacts, the guest will receive a text on their phone notifying them of the invitation. They can tap on the invitation and it will take them to our site to RSVP!
Does Evite tell you who viewed it?
You heard me right. Anyone who sends an Evite can know instantly who's opened it, even if the recipient hasn't yet checked one of the RSVP boxes. So if you're the kind of person who hides the fact that you check your e-mail every three seconds, give yourself a big window of time before clicking an Evite link.
Traditionally, it is advised to send out invitations eight weeks before your event.
Any card that is free to send can be sent to up to 50 recipients. A card that has premium options added can be sent to a maximum of 15,000 recipients. (Once you have reached either of these limits, removing recipients from your Tracking page will not allow you to send to additional addresses on the same event.)
You can send just the card without an envelope free-of-charge, or choose an envelope and liner for a few coins per recipient. If you would like to remove the envelope click on "Other options" and then "Delete this envelope". Otherwise, choose an envelope and liner to match the style of your card.
Can I only send text message invitations on the app? While the Paperless Post app makes on-the-go party planning even easier, you can send text message invites from any device. Send from desktop, the mobile web, and the Paperless Post app (iOS and Android).

If an Evite user clicks on a product featured in any of the lists, Evite receives an affiliate marketing fee. Party hosts also can attach links to bridal registries or other gift registries to their Evite invitations, and purchases made from those links create affiliate revenue for Evite.

Phone numbers will be the same as emails, and will be included in the price of invitations that you purchase. It is required to add a Guest Name when adding a phone number, to distinguish which guest is associated with their related phone number on your guest list.

Can Evite be sent via phone number?
If you are trying to add someone who is not already saved to your contacts, you will tap on the "+" icon at the top right corner to manually enter their name and phone number or email address. After you have selected your guests, you will select "Send to # of guests" in the bottom right hand corner.
Find your Card or Flyer under the Recent Activity tab or Sent and Scheduled tab, then click the 3 dots (...) to the right of the thumbnail to open the actions menu. From the menu, select Invite more guests or Invite more recipients.
Guests are not required to register in order to receive or RSVP to Evite invitations. You can simply click the link on the Evite email you were sent and RSVP directly on the event page. You are only required to create an Evite account if you wish to send an invitation.

Evite Pro is a paid subscription program that allows hosts to create and manage professional events with ease. Hosts can enjoy access to unlimited Premium invitations and invite up to 2,500 guests per event. Premium invitations are digital invitations with prices based on how many guests a host invites.
After clicking "View Invitation" on the invitation email, you will be automatically directed to the invitation where you can RSVP. Simply click on either "Yes", "Maybe", or "No", include an optional comment, and click "Reply." Your RSVP and comment will then appear on the invitation's Activity Feed.

For both Free and Premium, invitation emails/text messages are sent out immediately. If there is any delay with our systems, such as with a high influx of invitation events going out at the same time, we will put a note on our Support Site stating the delay.

You can add a image to your card by clicking "Photos" or selecting a photo area in the design and then selecting your file from the menu on the left. If you do not need text over your image, highlight and delete the sample text before sending.
