Yeah the only enchantment they drop is power 1. I killed a few hundred skeletons and got a few bows with power I and several without enchantments.

What are skeletons immune to?
Skeletons are immune to the effects of Regeneration as well as Poison. If the Wither is active in an area, it will not be hostile towards other skeletons of any type and will ignore them.
For example, a Skeleton has 10 hearts (20 health). This means it can take 19 damage without dying. Using the fall damage formula, we can see that the maximum height a Skeleton can fall from without dying is 22. An Enderman, on the other hand, has 20 hearts (40 health).
