"You may need to see the spiritual side of things if you are having a difficult time in your life."

For Linda Berry, “angel whisperer,” spiritual coach, and owner of the Spiritual Discovery Center in Southern California, the number seven surrounds you with the energy of "magic." If you see the number seven frequently, be prepared for good news and positive changes, says Berry.

"In numerology, the number seven represents wisdom, thoughtfulness, and being mindful," Berry explains. "Be patient and trust in the divine timing as changes will appear as long as you have faith that your journey is going exactly as it should be, even if you can’t see the full picture just yet."

Berry notes that the numbers are also a good reminder of balance within your romantic relationships. "When all parties work together in balance, the relationships will flourish and be full of love and happiness," she adds. "It's showing that you need to open your heart and let love in."

"It has the energy similar to a recluse, monk, or hermit because it's very independent and introverted." Health-wise, the number sevens can also be pointing out that you need to take positive emotional and behavioral steps to avoid stress and anxiety, Genna adds. Try meditating a few days a week to help relieve anxiety and rejuvenate the body.

"This is a sign to be more open and accepting of others as well as yourself," Berry recommends.
