What is the phone number for Macmillan Learning customer service? ›

Our customer service reps are waiting to help with answers to your store questions. Contact them now at 1-888-330-8477. Our normal operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.

Macmillan Learning is the only publisher to offer officially brand new textbooks with valid, authorized digital access codes for online study tools, like Launchpad, as part of our rental program.

How do I activate my access code as an existing user? If you already have a Macmillan Education account, go to the home page (www.macmillaneducationeverywhere.com)(opens in a new tab). Enter your existing username and password and click “Log in”. Click “Activate Code' and enter your access code.

To edit the e-mail address where you receive communications from Macmillan Learning, click on the Edit link next to your e-mail address. To opt in or out of e-mail communications, click the checkbox next to E-mail Preferences. When you are finished making changes, click the Save button at the bottom right.
