How to apply or renew a Philippine Passport without the need for online appointment?

After several failed attempts on setting an appointment online last year from the DFA Website www.dfa.gov.ph, I have given up on renewing my passport. Got so frustrated because everytime I filled up the information it will go back to the main page. DFA Cebu is already full for the next few months. So some of my friends had their appointment at DFA Dumaguete. But it would mean that I will have to shed out extra cash for food and fare.

Fast forward. Luckily, someone told me I can go directly to the DFA Cebu office as walk-in and bring along my 5 year old son with me. I felt relieved! Now finally, we have our passports! Ready to travel and conquer the world!

NO APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED for the following:

  1. Senior Citizen with Senior Citizen ID
  2. Person with Disability (PWDs) with PWD ID or visible disability
  3. Solo Parent with Valid Solo Parent ID
  4. Pregnant women with medical certificate
  5. Minors seven (7) years old and below

You may avail of the PRIORITY LANE at DFA Aseana or at any DFA Satellite Office or Regional Consular Office to apply for your passport.

For Passport Assistance, you may call our office at (032) 236-4186/ 09171479040. Or you can visit our office at NDI Building Complex, A.S. Fortuna, Mandaue, Cebu.
