Some foods are also cooked on the stove. The oven is a very important thing in your kitchen. A lot of foods are frozen so that they stay fresh so you can use them at a later time.

The oven is used to bake these items that are either pre-cooked or not pre-cooked. There are many things in your kitchen that are important to food preparation. One of the most important things in your kitchen is your sink. You might not think it is but just picture cooking food without your sink. Your sink provides water for you to boil rice with or for you to wash your hands off when they get dirty. If you did not have a kitchen sink you would have a hard time doing about any cooking.
