According to the Minecraft wiki,
"the ender dragon is a versatile, flying boss mob found when first entering the End. It is the first boss added to Minecraft. It is also the largest mob naturally spawning in the game."
In the SMPEarth server, there were three dragons, the First Dragon fought during the Midnight End Raid on Day 5, the Second Dragon called Big Bertha fought during the SMPEarth Moon Landing on Day 45, and another unseen and unnamed dragon that hatched from the First Dragon Egg.
The First Dragon[]

The First Dragon was an unnamed, default Ender Dragon fought during the End Raid on Day 5 by the leading figures of Kingdom of Jordan, the Corvarian Empire, and Arkansonia.
KaraCorvus, CaptainSparklez and IAmSp00n accessed the Southern End Portal in the Ancient Stronghold (owned by the Antarctic Empire). At the time, the dimension was still in its default End form instead of the much anticipated Moon dimension. It was a rather short fight, lasting barely seven and a half minutes, from the moment the participants entered to the moment Jordan fired the fatal arrow.
After a brief dispute on the final killing shot, the First Dragon Egg was given to KaraCorvus as the benefactor of the raid. She had it exhibited by the balcony of her palace and had it taken presumably by JoshA20 prior to the SMPEarth Moon Landing.

The Second Dragon[]
The Second Dragon, colloquially known as Big Bertha, was a modified Ender dragon fought by an interfactional alliance on Day 45 during the SMPEarth Moon Landing. It had boosted health and modified to be immune to potion effects (for the purpose of negating damage arrows) and was far superior to its predecessor, being able to kill JoshA20 in a single blow. Josh later claimed the beast was OP, which striked fear in the hearts of some participants.
However, it would not be impervious to bed bombs which allowed SalC1 to help wear it down considerably during the battle. Other attempts were also made to kill the dragon such as using guns and airstrikes. Its eventual death resulted in the creation of the Second, Third, and Fourth Dragon Eggs.
The battle against Big Bertha would take around ten minutes to conclude, from the instant the players entered the portal to the final blow by TimeDeo, taking three minutes longer than the First Dragon despite the much higher number of gathered players.

Kara/Josh's Dragon[]
Kara's Dragon (also known as Kara's Child), is an unnamed and unseen dragon hatched by JoshA20 from the First Dragon Egg. Kara had demanded that Josh return her Egg, and failing that, providing a grandchild. Josh refused the first request as the Egg had hatched into this dragon, and the second as it would take centuries for the dragon to grow up and have children.
Currently, this is the only dragon that has remained unseen, possibly playing a role in the later ARG.
On Day 77, Josh visited the World Border Monument built by TimeDeo while walking this dragon.
