Telephone Banking is secure and confidential. You'll be given a membership number and passcode when you join that you'll need to access your account.

Using Telephone Banking
- Register by calling 03457 345 345II
- We’ll send you a membership number and passcode within five working days
- Once you’ve got them, you can use Telephone Banking at any time by calling 0345 734 5345II. Call charges.

Next time you need to speak to us, try using 'Call Us' in the Barclays appi.
As you’ll be calling from your app, we’ll know it’s you, so won’t need to ask you security questions at thestart of the call.
Just log in to your app, go to 'Help', 'Contact us', then tap 'Call Us' and your phone will automatically dial our number.
