Stu Laundy was still legally married when he appeared on The Bachelorette last year.
But on Sunday, the 45-year-old pub baron confirmed that hisdivorce from estranged wifeRachelLaundy will be finalised in the coming days.
'I've signed my side of the divorce and we'll be done this week,' he told theHigh Heels and Hangoverspodcast.

Stu added that 'finally' being divorced will be a cause for 'celebration'.

The playboy publican separated from Rachel, who is the mother of hisfour daughters, back in2013 after15 years of marriage.
Stu, who is heir to a $400million fortune, admitted on the podcast he was deservedly 'slammed' for going on The Bachelorette while still technically married.

It comes after the father-of-fourrevealed that former Bachelorette Sophie Monk, 38, reached out to him 'twice' in the months following their break-up earlier this year.
When asked whether he's still on speaking terms with his ex-girlfriend, Stu toldHit 105recently: 'I'm not sure how to answer this, so I'll just go with the honest truth.
'I haven't bothered Sophie since late January when we broke up, but twice she's texted me out of the blue.'

Stu clarified that Sophie's texts were of a 'protective' nature due to negative stories about him that had appeared in the media.
He explained: 'One [time] she was trying to shut a story down about me, and then the other one I got papped in Hawaii [withCarys Courtney].
'It didn't look really good actually. So she sort of was a bit concerned and that's the only time we've been in contact.'
Since splitting with Sophie in January, Stu has been romantically linked to Married At First Sight star Ashley Irvin and Spanish singer Veronica Romero.
However, he confirmed last week that he is 'happily single'.
