Rachel, who appears alongside Adriano Zumbo in the desserts cooking competition, is also said to be displeased about the casting of Brazilian beauty Gigi Falanga as floor assistant on the show.
The show marks the Malaysian-Austrian chef's second Australian TV appearance this year, having guest starred in My Kitchen Rules as a fellow judge.

But despite heavy promotion throughout the Olympics coverage ahead of the show, Zumbo's Just Desserts hasn't had the pull with audiences as expected.
The series has been slammed as 'boring' and a 'rip-off' of Network Ten's Masterchef and LifeStyle Food's The Great Australian Bake Off.
One Twitter user said earlier this week: 'Zumbo's Just Desserts is a poor mans Great British Bake Off hyped for Wednesday.' (sic)
'A masterchef ripoff, OK I can live with that. But #Zumbo has zero personality, & home cooks are weird,' another person observed last week.
Lack of interest: The desserts-themed cooking competition hasn't appealed to audiences as expected, despite heavy promotion ahead of its premiere last week
