Food is the necessity of life. Food is the fuel necessary to run our body properly. I basically love Indian & Chinese cuisine. But my favourite food is chicken curry cooked by my mom. My mom is a great cook and cook delicious food. All whatever she makes I like having that my favourite is the chicken curry. Combination of spices & everything is always so perfect that it tastes the same. I still remember the taste & where used to have in my childhood is still the same. At first she marinates the chicken. She even adds capsicum & tomatoes. Chicken curry is widely enjoyed by people in India as well as other countries. My mom plucks out chillies & tomatoes from our garden itself. Big a chunk of potato & onion in the gravy is enhances the taste of the curry. We have it with rice & chapatti, chicken curry is a dish which originated from the Indian subcontinent itself. The chicken curry is a onion, ginger, garlic & tomato based gravy with spices in which the chicken is stewed. It is very spicy & delicious & hence is my favourite food Chicken can be cooked in various ways into different curries but chicken curry is a very easy recipe even for bachelor & is enjoyed by all.
