Brady Green, CFP®, CIMA®

CEO, Financial Advisor

Brady Green is Chief Executive Officer and an Advisorat GGM Financial, LLC. Brady’s background includes 10 years with JPMorgan Asset Management, where he consulted with financial advisors around Ohio on investments and shared the economic views of JPMorgan.

Brady is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) certification and Series 65. Prior to becoming a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) office in October 2023, heheld FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 securities registrations.

Brady attended Otterbein University and played on the golf team while obtaining degrees in both economics and psychology. He and his wife, Emily, live in Delaware, Ohio, with their two children, Molly and Myles. Brady enjoys golf and outdoor activities with his family. They spend vacation time in Hilton Head once a year, so don’t be afraid to ask him about his favorite beverage at the Frosty Frog or his favorite restaurant, The Crazy Crab.

Gwen Gloeckner, founder of Gloeckner Green McCabe Financial, LLC, assisted families and individuals in the area of wealth accumulation, wealth management, income distribution, and protection plans for more than 25 years.

As the self-appointed Ambassador to Florida, Gwen has eased her way into retirement! She loves being near the water and spending time with friends and her daughter, Lindsey. She too, has a bucket list to accomplish during her life.

Matthew Collins, CFP®, RICP®, CLTC®

COO, Financial Advisor

Matthew Collins is Chief Operating Officer and an Advisor at GGM Financial, LLC. His background includes 9 years experience as a financial advisor helping clients plan for their retirement and everyday challenges in the areas of wealth management, asset accumulation, income planning, and asset protection.

Matt is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional. He also holds the Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designation through the American College and Certified Long Term Care® (CLTC®) designation. He holds his Series 65 registration as well as Life & Health Insurance license. He previously held his FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 securities registrations.

Matt attended Otterbein University where he obtained a business degree with a concentration in finance. Matt played varsity golf at Otterbein University then professional golf on the mini tours from 2007-2010. He and his wife, Sara Beth, live in Powell with their daughters, Ava and Emily. Matt still enjoys being on the golf course and spending time with family and friends.

Karen Bauman CFA, CFP®

CIO, Financial Advisor

Karen Bauman is Chief Investment Officer and an Advisor at GGM Financial, LLC. Her background includes 7 years with JPMorgan Asset Management in New York and Columbus, where she consulted with national and regional financial services firms on investments and asset allocation.

Karen is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification in 2014. Karen graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in finance and accounting. While completing her coursework, Karen led a student-run investment group managing a portfolio of stocks for the school’s endowment fund. It was during this time she uncovered her passion for the markets and investing.

She and her husband, Chris, live in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, with their two young sons and daughter. Outside of work, Karen enjoys playing tennis, reading, and going on family adventures. Her family’s favorite vacation spot is on the beach in Siesta Key.

Mikhail Poltyrev is a Financial Advisor at GGM Financial, LLC. Mikhail’s background includes 7 years of experience helping clients pursue their financial goals by focusing on retirement planning and asset protection. He also spent 6 years with JPMorgan Chase supporting Fiduciary business.

Mikhail holds Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations through the American College. He holds Series 65 registration as well as his Health, Life and Annuities insurance license, and previously held FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, and 63 securities registrations.

Before entering the financial services industry, Mikhail attended Franklin University where he obtained a degree in financial planning. He and his wife, Brittany, live in Canal Winchester, Ohio, with their young son, Isaac. He and his family enjoy traveling, camping, boating, fishing, and spending time with their two four-legged friends.

Chris Brewster

Financial Advisor

Chris joined GGM Financial, LLC as a Financial Advisor after spending 25 years at Smith Barney/Morgan Stanley and RW Baird. He served as both a financial advisor and in branch management roles at his previous firms. He holds his Series 65 registration.

Chris graduated from the University of Miami (FL) with a degree in business administration.Chris and his wife, Stacey, live in Delaware and have four sons: Calvin, Ben, Jake, and Harrison. Chris enjoys attending sporting events and can be found around the baseball and football fields in Central Ohio watching his sons compete.

Jenny Cooper

Director of Administration

Joining GGM Financial, LLC in 2012, Jennyis our Director of Administration. Along with managing our client service group, she oversees our marketing, events, and facilities, and is part of our compliance team.

Jenny graduated from Albion College (MI) with a double major in visual art and french, has a graduate degree in residential planning, and is a licensed realtor. Jenny and her husband, Dave, livein Worthington and have three kids, Adam, Megan and Will, and two Labradors, Charlie and Cody. She enjoys traveling, playing tennis and pickleball, and spending time with family and friends.

John McCabe

Financial Advisor

John is an Advisor and officially joined the team in February 2017. He comes to us after spending 23 years with JPMorgan Asset Management. He served in many different positions, including equity/fixed income trader and consulted with financial advisors across Indiana on investments and shared the economic view of JPMorgan.

John holds the Series 65 registration and previously held FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities registrations.

John has a degree in finance from Otterbein University. He and his wife, Betsy, live in downtown Columbus and have two kids, Taylor and Cole. In his free time, John enjoys barbecuing, yoga, and family vacations.

Ben is a Paraplanner for GGM Financial, LLC and is hands-on with all day-to-day tasks - focusing on meeting preparation, research, and customer service.

Ben was an intern with us in 2020 and officially joined the teamJune 2021 after graduating from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohiowhere he played soccer and graduated with a degree in finance economics. During his free time he enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends - and planning for his upcoming wedding in 2024!

Ashley graduated from Ohio State University in 2012 with a major in consumer and family financial services. Ashley comes with experience in various financial services. She has spent the past 7ye ars working in mortgage operations.

Ashley lives in Merion Village with her husband, Dan, and their three cats, Taco, Nacho, and Beans. In her free time, you can find her relaxing at Buckeye Lake or enjoying local restaurants with family and friends.

Melissa Lacher

Melissa graduated from Wittenberg University with a major in Political Science and a minor in Business. After working as a Financial Advisor for Chase Investment Services, Melissa took some time off to raise her three boys – Sam, Matt and Nate.

She and her husband, Mike, live in Worthington and enjoy watching their boys play football, hockey, rugby and volleyball – depending on the season!
