You may use it at any participating Pizza Hut location in the United States. It is not redeemable for alcohol or additional Pizza Hut Gift Cards. We recommend you call the restaurant to verify they accept Pizza Hut Gift Cards.

DOES MY PIZZA HUT GIFT CARD EVER EXPIRE?

No. The Pizza Hut Gift Card does not expire, even if the card states otherwise.

ARE DORMANCY FEES APPLIED TO MY PIZZA HUT GIFT CARD?

No. No dormancy fees will be applied, even if the card states otherwise.

I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH VALUE LEFT ON MY PIZZA HUT GIFT CARD TO PAY FOR MY ENTIRE ORDER. CAN I STILL USE IT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can pay for part of your order with the Pizza Hut Gift Card and the remainder of the order with an alternate form of payment like cash, check or credit card.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE PIZZA HUT GIFT CARDS?

You can purchase Pizza Hut Gift Cards. Shipping charges apply. Online orders are limited to a total order value of $200, exclusive of shipping and handling. You can also purchase Pizza Hut Gift Cards at participating Pizza Hut locations.

I PURCHASED A PIZZA HUT GIFT CARD ONLINE, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT. IS THERE A PHONE NUMBER I CAN CALL TO GET HELP?

For physical gift card orders not received via USPS or FedEx, please contact the customer service team for Pizza Hut physical gift cards at (844) 484-3488. Please have your confirmation email available for reference.

For digital gift card orders not received via email, please contact the customer service team for Pizza Hut digital gift cards at (888) 204-1598.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY LARGE QUANTITIES OF PIZZA HUT GIFT CARDS?

When you purchase a Pizza Hut Gift Card at a restaurant, you will have to mail the card yourself. When you purchase a Pizza Hut Gift Card online, you may have Pizza Hut mail the card to the recipient.

CAN I RELOAD MY PIZZA HUT GIFT CARD WHEN THE VALUE ON THE CARD IS LOW?

No, currently, Pizza Hut Gift Cards are not reloadable.

CAN I GIVE MY PIZZA HUT GIFT CARD TO SOMEONE ELSE TO USE WHEN I’M NOT PRESENT?

The Pizza Hut Gift Card is NOT tied to a specific person and is fully transferable, so you can share the card with friends or family or even give the card to another person.

IF I MISPLACE OR LOSE MY PIZZA HUT GIFT CARD, CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT CARD OR A REFUND?

Lost, stolen or damaged Pizza Hut Gift Cards will not be canceled and replaced without the required proof of purchase. Required proof of purchase includes an original store receipt or a printed confirmation page (online order).
