How do I make sure I earn cash back on a purchase?
To earn cash back on a purchase, start your shopping at our website, www.dealaction.com. Purchases you make can only be tracked and appropriately credited if you start your shopping journey from Deal Action – it’s the only way we can confirm you are a member and ensure any rebates you earn from your purchases are appropriately allocated to your account.

Once at www.dealaction.com, find your desired retailer andclick the “shop store” button associated with your thatretailer. Remember, the order must be Deal Action – Retailer – Buy! Can I use Deal Action if I live outside the U.S. and Canada?
Yes, but check to be sure that the store from which you’re purchasing ships outside North America.

Also, please note that cash back amounts are based on the price paid on the items you purchase – your cash back % calculation do not include fees paid for shipping, taxes, packaging, or other ancillary charges that may be part of your total purchase amount.

All cash back payments are made in U.S. dollars. If you are outside the U.S., Deal Action offers only PayPal as a payout option. PayPal will manage any currency conversion (per its policies).What if I can’t find a retailer I like on Deal Action?

How does Deal Action keep track of the cash back I earn?
Deal Action keeps track of your cash back through your member account. Whenever you enter a store from a link on www.Deal Action, we track your click as we pass you over to our retail partner. If youmake a purchase, the retailer partner will report it automatically back to us, and we’ll credit your account with your earned cash back credit.

Note that most retailers take 24-72 hours to report rebate-qualifying transactions back to us (and, some take up to 30 days … we know, we don’t like waiting either, but each of our retail partners has their own processing and reporting procedures by which we must abide).
