I hate to say it, but I often grab breakfast out in the morning. I am generally in a rush to get to work and get out the door. I can make coffee first thing in the morning, and well honestly that’s about it.
So I like to make breakfast on the weekends and then reheat it when I am in a hurry. This way I can save some money every day. You can make several of these at once and simply reheat the next day. About 45 seconds in the microwave is all it takes.
I hope you give this recipe a try soon. It’s hard to beat a healthy breakfast recipe that is so easy to make and tastes so good. Think of all of the money you will save!

I make an egg white sandwich every morn
I put a pad of butter in a round fry pan. Chop up
a spring onion and a
habanero pepper and add to
fry pan. Take 2 egg whites and whip with a fork and pour
over onion and peppers. cook one side and flip over when
egg is cooked. I use the Arnold Sandwich Thins. Wrap in saran wrap
The heat and moisture softens the sandwich thin and i eat it on my way to work
I save the egg yolks in a small bowl and within a week I scramble them up
and put on a flat wooden bird feeder. The birds love it.

The egg yolks are the healthiest part, I don’t understand mentality of taking them out! The egg yolks contain important vitamins and minerals, healthy fats and healthy cholesterol, and besides, dietary cholesterol has little effect on serum cholesterol! You do your health a disservice by removing the all important egg yolk!

You don’t have to leave out the yolk anymore! There’s a new egg yolk replacer that looks, smells, tastes like egg perfect to replace those fatty yolks. http://www.thevegg.com

Rocky, I just looked at the ingredients to the Vegg egg yolks, so many ingredients! Real eggs yolks have one! I think I would trust mother nature over the Vegg egg yolks any day!

I make the egg white delight at home for about $1. You can make the night before and re-heat in foil or micro.

Quiche prepared with eggs, salt, pepper, parsley, basil, teeny pinch if cayenne pepper, colored peppers, a variety variety of cheeses, fried hashbrown potatoes, light cream, and diced cooked ham all baked in a delectable buttery, flaky crust.
Okay! Now I’m hungry for quiche! Quiche is great because you can make and bake it the day before, stick it in the fridge, and simply reheat in the morning (covered). Instead of dicing the peppers, I slice in long decorative strips and place them, alternating colors, around the pie from center out to edge. Not only pretty, they make great pie slice dividers, too. Lol (Also, picky guests can easily remove them.)

That sounds like a wonderful breakfast. I want to give something like that a try. I love a hearty breakfast. It is a wonderful way to start a weekend.
