Many people believe that Sprite is healthier than co*ke because it has slightly less sugar and carbohydrates. However, there’s another reason Sprite is healthier than co*ke, and that reason is its lack of phosphoric acid.

Just because Sprite has a little less sugar and carbs doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a healthy beverage in its own right. It may be a healthier alternative to co*ke, but these types of beverages should still be consumed in moderation.

Sprite is one of the healthiest sodas out there. This fizzy drink has a relatively low calorie and sugar content compared to many other popular sodas, and it doesn’t contain any caffeine. Many people believe Sierra Mist is also a healthy soda, although it does have more calories and carbohydrates per 12-ounce serving than Sprite does.
