In English is there a word like "I hope you are ok" when someone coughs or sneezes?

Hi Renata,
In English it is polite to say "bless you" when someone sneezes.
If someone coughs then people do not tend to say anything.

just ignore it but if its a big cough or coughing really hard say are you okay or offer some water :)

In the US, if someone sneezes we say "bless you" or "God bless you." Some people say "Gesundheit," a German word, but this is now rather rare.
If someone coughs we ignore it, but if they cough very hard or for a long time, we say things like: "Are you ok?" or "Can I get you some water?" or "Would you like a cough drop?" (Only if you have a cough drop).
If you are the one who is coughing, after you are finished, you say things like, "I'm sorry," or "Excuse me." You might try to reassure the other person that you are not contagious by saying things like, "It's just allergies," or "I just had a tickle in my throat," or "Something must have gone down the wrong way."
