Making Bubble Tea has never been easier and quicker! With our instant brown sugar tapioca you no longer have to prep your boba pearls and boil them for over 30 mins to get the perfect chewy treat we all love that is soft and warm to its centre.

How many methods are there to make it?
There are 2 methods:
- Cooking the instant boba pearls using a microwave (preferred)
- Boiling the instant boba pearls in a pot with water
How long does it take to make?
- 40 seconds using the microwave method
- 3 minutes using the boiling pot method
What you will need to make it?
- Instant Tapioca Pearls
- Microwavable Cup
- Microwave
If you want to use the boiling pot method, you will need instant boba pearls, a pot, water and a stove.
OK, so how do I make instant tapioca then?
Method 1 (Microwave)
- Snip the corner of your tapioca using scissors
- Place the tapioca packet with the snipped corner resting upright in a microwavable mug
- Place the mug with the tapioca pearls into the microwave
- Microwave the tapioca on high for 40 seconds
Method 2 (Boiling Pot)
- Bring a pot with water to boil on your stove top and reduce to simmer
- Add your packet of instant tapioca (unopened) into the boiling water
- Boil for 3 minutes while keeping an eye on the pot (do not let the tapioca sachet rest on the bottom)
- Carefully remove the tapioca from the water and let it rest for 2 minutes before opening.
