If you're in second sea, you should have stored it. But you answer your question,
Venom is considered one of the best fruits in PvP. It is also pretty decent for farming. The only problem is the high mastery requirement and the fact that it isn't a Logia. It depends on your level though, because if you're in first sea, the difficulty of grinding mastery for Venom increases by tenfold.
To put it simply, Venom is pretty good but it's recommended that you be a higher level before eating it. Last thing you want is to be calling the fruit "trash" and "hard to grind", when in reality you're just too low of a level to use it.

Im lvl 400+ and a few more lvl ups and ill get toxic fog

If you’re second sea, you should take buddha for grinding. If you’re in third sea, take venom.
