It is perfect for joints in contact with high temperatures, such as flues, ovens, gaskets, stoves, boilers, and more. Heat Resistant silicone sealant provides excellent adhesion to most building materials, ensuring a strong and durable bond.

VITCAS High Temperature Silicone - Flexible Sealant - Black is a versatile and durable silicone sealant designed for use in areas exposed to high temperatures.Heat Resistant Silicone's ability to remain flexible and durable over time, even in harsh environments, makes it a reliable choice for a wide range of applications.
Features:
- Heat-resistant up to 315ºC (600ºF), making it suitable for use in high-temperature environments such as ovens, flues, stoves, boilers, and more.
- Excellent adhesion to most building materials, including glass, glazed surfaces, enamel, ceramics, impregnated and painted wood, wood, and most plastics.
- Easy to apply and can be used for bonding, sealing, assembling, and protective coatings of parts used in high temperatures.

- Provides a strong and flexible joint that remains resistant for many years even when exposed to sunlight, snow, and ozone.
- Helps to prevent air leaks and the loss of heat from high-temperature applications.
- Can be used for a wide range of applications, including kiln tapes, chimney filters, heating units, engines, power units, coolers, motor pumps, heating systems, pumps, motors, kitchen appliances, smoke and ventilation ducts, boilers, flues, stoves, and fireplaces.
Instructions:
- Before applying the sealant, ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, and any other contaminants.
- Cut the nozzle to the desired size and apply the sealant in a continuous bead using a caulking gun.
- Smooth the sealant with a spatula or finger to ensure a proper seal.
- Allow the sealant to cure for 24 hours before exposing it to high temperatures or other environmental factors.
Note: If you are unsure about the temperature in the area of proposed application and it exceeds 300ºC, we recommend using Vitcas Heat Resistant Sealant or Vitcas Black Fire Cement instead.
