Question 1:- What’s your favourite food?

Answer 1:- well, I like to eat all types of food. But mostly I give priority to home-cooked food as it is full of nutritions which help me to keep health fit.

Answer 2:- Pounded yam and vegetable soup is my favourite food. It’s been my favourite since I tasted it for the first time in my aunt’s place.

Question 2:- Have you always liked the same food?

Answer 1:- I don’t think that I have the same type of food throughout the year because I prefer to eat different kinds of food with changing seasons and weather.

Answer 2:- Not really; when I was a child, I was told by my parents that I loved eating pounded yam and okro soup. So, okro soup was replaced by vegetable soup but the same swallow.

Question 3:- Is there any food you dislike?

Answer 1:- Well, I like all food like traditional, fast food. Therefore there is no food I do not like.

Answer 2:- I don’t dislike any food cooked properly with moderate spices but tend not to eat any very spicy food further after the first bite.

Answer 1:- According to my opinion, in my country, breakfast is a common meal because it is necessary for everyone to intake as it provides energy for doing work.

Answer 2:-Rice is a common food enjoyed by all tribes in my country, Nigeria. It’s cooked in different ways in every part of the country.

Question 5:- Do you have a healthy diet?

Answer 1:- Yes, I am a health-conscious person, so I always try to consume healthy things like fruits and vegetables, and I also prepare a balanced diet chart, which I follow on a daily basis.

Answer 2:-I started working on my diet this year as part of the new year resolution. I was fond of eating carelessly be now I’m being intentional on healthy food combinations. Fruits are a necessity in every of my food.

Question 6:- What do you think of fast food?

Answer 1:- In modern times, everyone, especially children, gives priority to eating junk food than home-cooked food because fast foods are made full of spices that satisfy their taste buds. However, they are unhealthy as made in unhealthy oil.

Answer 2:-I think fast food shouldn’t be a habit for people looking for a healthy lifestyle. It can be eaten once in a while, especially with family and friends, for bonding purposes.
