Blast Fist (爆砕拳, Bakusaiken) is a technique used by Goku in the video gameSuper Dragon Ball Z. He delivers a powerful uppercut, causing explosions in its path, inflicting a large amount of damage.
The Blast Fist seems to be a weaker version of the Dragon Fist, since it possesses the same colors. It has never appeared in the anime or manga. Blast Fist may be based on the Shouryuken from the Street Fighter video game series.

Its use by Kid Goku is somewhat odd, as he is Goku from the time period he was training under Kami. It is also used by Stabba. Dragon Fist has two stronger variations that utilize the same attack animation but have greater range and attack power which become available to learn as users' level up.
Goku's usage of the Dragon Fist in the Super 17 Saga of Dragon Ball GT show that the move's origins might hails from the first Dragon Ball anime and might be an updated version of the Penetrate!technique Goku used to kill King Piccolo. The execution of the move is virtually identical to the Penetrate!
Even if Goku was able to use his highest form of power, Saitama's one-punch certainty means a fight wouldn't last for long. If we are to take Saitama's power and accuracy at face value, it almost doesn't matter who his opponent is — he would win outright.
It has everything to do with Goku's upbringing. He grew up on Earth, he learned to fight on Earth, and he absorbed a uniquely Earthican way of doing things, including obtaining power.
Goku's martial arts resembles a mix of American Kick Boxing and Shaolin Kung Fu. He relies heavily on kicks in many fights but takes an animal like Shaolin Fighting Stance. In the official statements by Akira Toriyama the creator, Goku is using Kame Style, which was created by Master Roshi who raised him.
In Dragon Ball GT, Goku uses the Super Dragon Fist to defeat Super 17 in a similar fashion to the way he killed King Piccolo decades earlier (by ripping a hole through the chest).
The Four-Star Dragon Ball is the Dragon Ball as far as the franchise's iconography is concerned. It's the Dragon Ball most associated with Goku, a memento from his late grandfather, Son Gohan. Goku even treats the Dragon Ball as his grandfather, a trait he slowly grows out of while seeing the world.
