10 Rill Boismortier
Rill Boismortier, the Captain of the Aqua Deer, has always manifested tremendous powers from childhood. Despite being young, Julius was promoted to the rank of a Magic Knight Captain, signaling his skill as a Magic Knight.
Julius’s abilities are exceptionally powerful. His magical affinity lies in Time and Space Magic, which he can manipulate easily.
