The saying goes that "an apple a day keeps the doctor away." But are there any other fruits that benefit our health beyond an old wives' tale? I'm here to tell you, courtesy of my voice teacher, that eating two bananas is a natural anxiety reducer, especially before a performance. Here's how.

Well, according to Health Extremist, bananas reduce your anxiety because they're natural beta-blockers. This means that when you eat a banana, theyprevent adrenaline from binding to beta receptors.
