Strangely enough, pretty much everyone agrees. Personally, I expected there to be at least a 15 to 20 degree difference between the most northern states and the most southern states. Almost every state on average agrees that hoodie weather is right around 55 to 60 degrees. Now, from there I'm not sure how far temperatures before each state says "screw this, it's officially stay the hell inside weather" but I'm betting that is where we'll see the big difference between northern and southern states.
...also, Epstein didn't commit suicide.
