Regulation Z Closed-End Credit for Compliance reviews the closed-end portion of Regulation Z, including history, purpose, coverage, and disclosures. The Truth in Lending Act’s implementing rule, Regulation Z, protects consumers by requiring lenders to make an informed credit decision by providing detailed disclosures during the life of the loan. This regulation is important to know for Compliance Officers and helps prevent any type of regulatory issues that occur with regulation Z. During this webinar, will go through the background, scope, compliance issues surrounding Regulation Z and disclosure requirements. In addition, we will cover the regulatory issues and how to prepare for examinations.
